اسلام میں “چہرہ دھونے” کی دعا کی اہمیت

 

چہرے کو دھونے” کی دعا عام طور پر مسلمان واش روم سے نکلنے سے پہلے پڑھتے ہیں۔ صفائی اور پاکیزگی کو برقرار رکھنا اسلامی تعلیمات کا ایک اہم حصہ ہے اور نماز سے پہلے وضو کرنا اس کے حصول کا ایک طریقہ ہے۔

 

واش روم وہ جگہ ہے جہاں لوگ صفائی کے لیے جاتے ہیں اور واش روم سے نکلتے وقت اللہ کا نام لینا ضروری ہے۔

 

واش روم سے نکلنے کے بعد پڑھی جانے والی دعا مختصر مگر طاقتور ہے۔ یہ مندرجہ ذیل ہے:

 

غُفْرَانَكَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ أَذْهَبَ عَنِّي الْأَذَى وَعَافَانِيْ

 

“اے اللہ میں تجھ سے بخشش چاہتا ہوں اور تمام تعریفیں اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس نے مجھ سے تکلیف کو دور کیا اور مجھے سکون اور صحت بخشی۔”

 

یہ دعا کسی بھی گناہ کے لیے معافی مانگنے اور اچھی صحت اور تندرستی کے لیے شکرگزار ہونے کا ایک طریقہ ہے۔

 

واش روم استعمال کرنے اور چہرے کو پانی سے دھونے کے بعد اس دعا کا پڑھنا صفائی کی اہمیت اور جسمانی اور روحانی پاکیزگی کو برقرار رکھنے کا کام کرتا ہے۔ یہ ہماری روزمرہ کی زندگی میں صفائی اور حفظان صحت کی سہولت فراہم کرنے والی جدید سہولیات کی نعمتوں کے لیے اظہار تشکر کا ایک طریقہ بھی ہے۔
